For Electric Chimneys, we offer Life time Warranty, on Chimney Motor. while for Electric hobs, water purifier, Induction cooker we offer 1 year Warranty.

We basically cater to our clients through two mode of marketing- Direct and Indirect. Direct marketing is our Door to Door Marketing, where our Sales man's visit the clients home and show the Demo of the Products. Apart from this, our clients can see our Products Gallery at various showrooms and gallery located all throughout India.

Q. WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS PAYMENT TERMS AND MODE?
There are various terms and Mode available for Payment like Cash, Cheque and Demand Draft.

Our Products are available in various price range to cater to all groups of Consumers. The price range start from Rs.5000 and extend till Rs.26,000 for higher end Kitchen Appliances Products.

We have around 13 galleries all over India where our clients can find the display of various appliances such as, Modular Kitchen, kitchen accessories and various range of Multiplex appliances. Moreover, our clients can visit this gallery and have the actual look and feel of it.

Q. WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO INITIATE BUSINESS ASSOCIATION WITH MULTIPLEX?
In order to initiate Business with us, the first step is to tell us the preferred mode of conducting business either as distributor, wholesaler or Franchisee. Then the clients should mention the exact area of operation. With the basis of this information, our Dealer Coordinator will contact the clients, if that particular area is vacant for Business. Moreover, we will let the clients know the necessary formalities required to start the operation.

After the sales of the products, our service technicians visit the home and install the appliances as per the clients requirements, and also provide a training session for proper maintenance of the Appliance. In future, whenever our clients face further problems of service, they can contact our service centers anytime and service technician will be at doorstep within 24 hours to provide hassle free services.
